Hantverksdata continues to grow – Fredrik vom Hofe joins the board of directors at the HVD Group.

Hantverksdata dominates the market for service and project systems that meets the needs of craftsmen in the Nordic market. A company in rapid growth with the aim of delivering the best ERP systems to the Nordic region and most recently to Germany. Hantverksdata is expanding at a rapid pace, the organization is growing, and we are glad to announce that Fredrik vom Hofe joins the board of directors at the HVD Group.  

Fredrik vom Hofe, who will join as a non-executive board director on April 1, 2022, has for the past 28 years been passionately committed to driving value for customers through digitalisation, automation, and innovation. He is currently an advisor to several private equity firms, and he is a professional investor and board member in fast-growing "software-as-a-service" companies.

Until January 2022, Fredrik was Group Senior Vice President and member of the Executive Committee at IFS AB, a global leader in cloud-based enterprise applications where he was responsible for business development and merger & acquisitions.

Prior to IFS, Fredrik worked in various international senior leadership roles in general management, sales & marketing at Cap Gemini Ernest & Young, Framfab, Ericsson and Asea Brown Boweri (ABB) in Sweden, Germany, Australia & New Zealand. He also has extensive experience of board assignments in both listed and unlisted companies. With his many years of experience from the enterprise applications and software-industry, and how to scale software companies globally, Fredrik will be a strong addition to HVD Group's board.
